Advanced Rating Scholarship

The Reno-Tahoe Aviation Group's Tom Pagnano Memorial $2000 Advanced Rating Scholarship is for licensed pilots who need financial help to achieve an advanced rating, such as Instrument, Commercial, or CFI.
