Hangar Space Available at KCXP
RTAG Member Kevin Updegrove co-owns a large, heated hanger at Carson City Airport.
They currently have two spots open:
One for a high-wing airplane and one for a low-wing airplane.
The rent is $800 per month. No extra utilities are charged, even though the gas bills are very high in the winter to maintain a pleasant temp in the hanger.
They usually keep about 8 planes in the hanger, depending on size, and stagger high and low-wing planes. No one has to move another plane to get out.

1965 Cessna 182H Rear Seat Frames
These are the frames from the rear seats of my Skylane. They have been completely refurbished by Lincoln Skyways in Lincoln, CA including corrosion inspection, corrosion-proofing, paint and seat support cloth. They are split seats, recline individually and include headrests (not refurbished). All they need is your choice of seat foam and upholstery. The yellow stuff is spray glue. All installation hardware included. I went with Atlee Dodge removable seats.
